1. Do your sizes run big or small? For size measurements click here.
2. Do you wholesale your products? Yes, please send an email to info@citycircleclothing.com with your store name, address, web page, and contact information.
3. Do you customize t-shirts to include different cities, states, or areas? Yes, please send us an email and share with us what you have in mind. Please consider the quantity of units, colors, and t-shirt styles you would like to have produced beforehand.
4. How do I place an order? Go to the Store section. Click on the image of the item you wish to purchase. Select the size and enter the quantity. Next, click the Add to cart button. If you wish to continue shopping, then repeat step 1. If you're done shopping select the Checkout button. Enter your email, billing, and shipping address. Next, enter your payment information and select Complete purchase. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an email receipt containing info about your order/shipping tracking number.
5. Do you accept major credit cards? Yes, we accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, MasterCard, Pay Pal, and Visa.
6. Will I be charged tax? Yes
7. When will my item ship? Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.
